Three Saints Theater Company strives to be a place where audiences are inspired by the stories we tell, artists are challenged and rewarded by the work of interpreting those stories, and the communities around us are enriched by our being a part of them.
Meet the Board
Hello! My name is Matt Wall, and I am overjoyed to introduce myself as Three Saints Theater Company's Founder and Artistic Director. I hold a B. A. in Theater from Saint Olaf College, and I have studied extensively with Atlantic Theater Company (co-founded by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Mamet and Oscar-nominated actor William H. Macy) in New York City and Los Angeles. In addition to my work as an actor, I have directed, produced, written for, and taught theater in New York City and the Midwest. My strong belief is that, at its best, exposure to live theater can change lives for the better. From my involvement with youth and community theater organizations on Minnesota's Iron Range, to my training with Atlantic Theater Company and my subsequent 20 years of work with a diverse variety of professional theaters, starting Three Saints seemed like the logical next step in my lifelong relationship with the theater. My hope is that Three Saints Theater Company will become a valued and respected member of Minneapolis-Saint Paul's vibrant theater community, through our commitment to producing bold plays that are rewarding both for the audiences who experience them and for the artists who interpret them.
